Introduction
起因是这样的，我搞了台欧洲高性能的建站机，想着搞个网站玩玩，无论放点什么吧，发挥一下性能。建站，自然是少不了域名。逛了一圈GoDaddy发现购买有点麻烦，还给我推荐域名防护和专业email；又去看了看NameCheap然而没有支付宝支付方式，甚至不支持PayPal。最后又回到了我已经购买过无数个域名的namesilo
我从开始购买域名起就一直在namesilo，没有尝试过其他家。他家给我的感觉就是有文化底蕴（低情商：不更新后台面板）。选购域名和注册看起来和其他家并没有任何不同或者突兀的地方：
但是当你注册了账户并进入了管理面板，你就会发现是这样的：
要不是看域名，真容易怀疑自己点进了什么奇怪的古早网站。。。
用过一次才知道，这就是namesilo的管理后台，没有任何疑问，这也是namesilo经常被用户调侃的一点。实际上，对于我们这种个人小用户，域名购买网站并不是特别重要，只需要注意开始 WHOIS隐私保护政策即可，因为购买后一定是要挂在 cloudflare做进一步 dns解析的
回归正题，为了相应当代互联网上广为流传的梗，我决定购买一个 ikun域名。搜索一番发现 ikun域名已经快被购买殆尽了。当然这和小黑子无关纯属是因为域名长度很短。
最后我挑选了一个还可以买得起的域名，果断下单。
下单之后我尝试使用 PayPal付款，但是唤出独立网页并登陆付款后并没有扣费成功，订单依旧存在，试了一次依旧如此。
而后我选择换成支付宝支付，这次结果不一样了，付款成功但是并没有成功购买，后台管理界面看不到域名，甚至我还可以搜索到他。于是我又下了一次单。又成功付款了。又没有成功购买。
至此我意识到绝对是namesilo的问题了，支付宝账单非常显眼的两笔相同金额的付款，每笔订单namesilo甚至还都给我的邮箱发了邮件提醒 Thank for your order #xxxxxxx
于是我果断选择找namesilo客服寻求帮助。
Solution
直接放聊天记录截图
虽然最后还是不明白到底是哪里出了问题，但是至少还是解决了问题
全程不需要提供证明材料之类的，只是提供了两个订单号而已。
之后我从这个小插件中导出了聊天记录，可以看到如下：

随后客服当场就把我购买的域名添加到了我账户里面，不需要我进行任何操作，其中一个订单也当场就退款了
